1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BunShip ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. License

BunShip is provided as a source-available boilerplate. Upon purchase or download, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for your own projects. You may modify the code for personal or commercial use. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the original or modified source code as a standalone boilerplate or template product.

3. Permitted Use

You may use BunShip to build and deploy your own applications, SaaS products, and internal tools. Applications built with BunShip may be distributed, sold, or offered as services without restriction.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the source code as a boilerplate, template, or starter kit
  • Claim authorship of the original BunShip codebase
  • Use the Software for any unlawful purpose
  • Remove or alter any license notices or attributions

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BunShip or its authors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Software, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability.

7. Updates and Support

We may release updates to the Software at our discretion. There is no obligation to provide ongoing support, maintenance, or updates. Access to future updates depends on your license tier.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
